Synergy Farm as Franchisor

1. Land assessment survey.
2. Technical and management training to the franchisee.
3. Synergy Farm will provide consultation optional and extension services towards problem solving which arises during outlet operation.
4. Synergy Farm will conduct periodical visits to supervise the business progress at franchisee place/field.
5. Synergy Farm will supplies the raw material to franchisee according to schedule.
6. Synergy Farm will update the franchisee of any latest development or technology related to banana plantation.

Agro-Entrepreneur as Franchisee

1. Franchisee has to concentrate on his franchisee business operation as a full time basis.
2. Franchisee has to monitor all the works that have to be done according to schedule given by franchisor.
3. Franchisee is required to purchase a raw material and equipment from franchisor.
4. The franchisee or their representative staff must attend any meeting called by franchisor (expenses to attend the meeting shall be borned by franchisee).
5. Franchisee is required to procure several services from franchisor. The services are:-

• Pre-opening support
• Pre-planting field preparation
• Staff technical training
