Criteria of Potential Franchisee |

- The client’s ability to provide an area of unencumbered land (according to package) which may be assessed for suitability by our technical team.
- The client’s ability to obtain the funds necessary to sustain the projected financial operating requirements, up to the commencement of production, with due regard to the scale of operations envisaged.
- The client’s agreement to maintain strict confidentiality with respect to all technical and fin
 ancial matters relating to the Franchise Farming Scheme, which shall always remain the intellectual property of Synergy Farm (M) Sdn. Bhd.
- The client’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Franchise Farming Package, as proposed.
