Upon the completion of a successful land suitability assessment, the clients acceptance of the Franchise Scheme Package offer & the deposition of development funds, implementation of the Project may proceed as follows:

Construction of storage facilities and purchase of storage materials & equipment.

Connection of electricity and/or installation of gen-set(s).

Construction of nursery incl. irrigation requirements.

Purchase of field operating vehicles & machinery incl. 4x4 pick-up(s), tractors, trailers, mist-blowers and tractor equipment.

Procurement and processing of tissue cultured seedlings.

Construction of roads, drains & bridges.

Construction of perimeter fencing / trenching.

Stump removal and broad ploughing.

Broad rotorvating.

Lining & formation of planting furrows.

Pre-fertilizing and insecticiding.

Installation of irrigation pumps, mains & sub-mains.

Lining, holing and planting.

Installation of irrigation drip-lines.

Scheduled crop maintenance incl. fertilizer applications, mulching, de-suckering and plant supporting.
