• The phased implementation of all capital expenditure requirements incl. the purchase or construction of buildings, vehicles, plant & equipment.
• Survey, design & layout – crops, roads, irrigation & infrastructure.
• Road construction.
• Pre-planting land preparations.
• Nursery construction and management of nursery operations.
• Production & supply of tissue cultured planting material.
• The supply & installation of an irrigation system.
• The supply and installation of a computerized water management system incl. all hardware & software requirements.
• The lining, holing & planting of crops.
• Crop maintenance & plant agronomy incl. the supply & application of fertilizers and weedicides.
• Crop protection incl. the management of pests & disease, and the supply & application of fungicides and insecticides.
• Crop production incl. the management of bunch coding, bagging & harvesting.
• Crop processing management including the supply & application of processing materials.
• Crop packaging management including the supply of packaging materials, tools & equipment.
• Crop storage & ripening management including the supply of ripening materials & equipment.
• Crop sales & marketing arrangements to ensure that the highest possible income is obtained throughout the project production period.

The training of eligible franchisee at the Synergy Farm Agriculture Training Facility in Penang, Malaysia, where trainees will undergo an intensive theoretical & practical course to cover all the aspects as detailed in item 1 above. This will ensure that the client is confident and fully equipped to take control of the day-to-day farm operations as the development, maintenance, production & processing procedures become routine.

The provision of an after-package consultancy service to advise on all aspects of farm management and crop agronomy to ensure that the highest possible standards of product quality are maintained – Subject to negotiation.

Synergy Farm has the resources, contacts and acumen to ensure that the highest possible sales figures are maintained throughout the entire franchise period, and beyond. Accordingly, the Franchise Package provides for the acquisition of all farm produce (at pre-agreed prices) to maximize revenue and thus enhance project viability.
