Since the commencement of farming operation at Ara Kuda in June 2002, Synergy Farm has gained a wealth of technical expertise in the fields of crop development, maintenance, production, processing, packaging and marketing of the internationally sought after cavendish banana.

In line with the company's current expansion program, Synergy Farm is now in the position of being able to share this technical expertise with selected national and international clients by offering Franchise Farming Scheme Packages for the development of independently owned and operated Banana Estates.

To facilitate this arrangement, Synergy Farm has applied for, and obtained a License Franchisor of Franchisor from Ministry of Entrepreneur and Co-operative Development (MeCD) under Section 8(1) Franchise Act 1998. Synergy Farm is also a member of Malaysia Franchise Association (MFA)

In providing a total management support package, Synergy Farm undertakes to provide the main key resources including planting technology, modern planting methods, planting materials, training to field management and buy back marketing concept.

It is our obligation to provide technical advice & consultation with respect to all farm operation to ensure that the highest possible standards of product quality are maintained.

A Detail operation manuals will be conducted from land preparation, nursery construction, fields transplant, fertilizers application, watering system, harvesting and post harvesting.

All training for successful candidates will be carried out at Synergy Farm Ara Kuda, where they {sidebar id=1} will undergo an intensive theoretical and practical courses to cover all aspects of farm management and operation.

For the marketing security, Synergy Farm will hold blanket marketing buy back. Thats meant that all product produce at farm will be bought by us.
