Requirement :

1. Must posses at least a degree in Tissue Culture related field
2. Willing to futher study to Master's degree and Ph.D (paid by the company)
3. Experience is an advantage
4. Must be able to converse in English. Malay language us an advantage

Responsibility:

1. Supervising operators in their daily activities (media production, propagation etc.)
2. Ensure the smooth running of their respective department
3. Ensure all quality control measures are strictly followed
4. Do research to futher improve of the products
